Realty Pros and Associates leases and manages unfurnished single family homes, townhomes and certain mobile homes / condominiums which meet our criteria. Most properties must be rented for a period of no less than one year. Realty Pros and Associates pays a referral fee for tenants and landlords. We pay $100.00 for tenant refferals and 20% of the first month rent for lanlord referrals. In accordance with Florida Law, both referral fees are made payable to the agent's Broker, and are mailed with 5 business days of receipt of the first month's rent.
Realty Pros and Associates abides by and complies with all applicable municipality laws, including Fair Housing Act and will provide services to the Prospect and any other persons without regard to age, race, sex, color, religion, national origins or marital status.
Realty Pros and Associates reserves the right to turn down any properties which do not meet our criteria for our portfolio of rental properties.
Realty Pros and Associates must receive this referral form prior to the Landlord / Tenant's first contact with the company.
Realty Pros and Associates offers customer protection to the referring agent. This means that when your landlord are ready to sell, or your tenant is ready to buy, we refer them right back to your...guaranteed...in writing!
